Shipping your parcel
Parcels are generally dispatched within one day following the receipt of payment. They are sent via our carrier with a tracking number and delivered against signature. Parcels can also be sent via Colissimo and delivered without signature. We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate carrier based on the content of the order and delivery requirements.
Whichever delivery method you choose, we will send you a link to track your package online. Delivery times are indicative and represent our best estimate. Any delay in delivery does not in any way give the buyer the right to cancel the sale, or refuse the goods or claim damages.
Transport costs may sometimes apply depending on the destination and the total weight of the parcel, the category of products ordered or the commercial conditions granted. We recommend that you group all of your items in one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
